My new gyno recommended dilators for my issues with sexual pain caused my tensing up constantly and struggling to relax my body. The hard plastic ones on Amazon looked entirely unappealing, so I went ahead and invested in this set. Not only are they cute, not clinical and sad, but they're very comfortable to use, and I love how big the range of sizes are. I noticed improvement in my pain and redness after probably under a week. Highly recommend!

useful for vaginismus!

I recently re-started dilator use for vulvar vestibulitis and vaginismus. I'd tried using dilators in the past, but I found the hard plastic very uncomfortable and unpleasant to use, and I didn't keep up with it as a result. I came across these dilators and decided to try again, and I'm very happy with my decision! These dilators are almost silky to the touch and very easy to clean; the sizes are also nicely graduated and I've found it easier to transition from one size to the next because of this. Plus, the bright colors are a fun touch.
I would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about starting with dilators for pelvic floor/vaginal pain!
