Then, she sets out six specific strategies to help you move toward secure attachments in your multiple relationships. Polysecure is both a trailblazing theoretical treatise and a practical guide. It provides nonmonogamous people with a new set of tools to navigate the complexities of multiple loving relationships, and offers radical new concepts that are sure to influence the conversation about attachment theory. Paperback Edition.

I’m a monogamous human - and my therapist recommended this book to me. They said this book is for anyone who holds several very special relationships in their heart. If this sounds like you, heal yourself just a bit and pick up this book.
I have been referencing this book constantly in the year since I've read it. I found the H.E.A.R.T.S. model for connecting with partners to be incredibly useful. I wish I'd had this book 10 years ago and I'm glad it's here now
Attachment theory often feels a little pejorative to me but I really enjoyed how this book framed it around CNM and how thriving in secure connection can be tangible within polyam framework.
