Wild Flower does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to accept any returns.
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange for the same item. Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging in order for the exchange to be issued. In the event that we are out of stock of the specific item, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid.
If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer. If you are unsure if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, we list it at the bottom of the product description.
