Wild Flower Warranty
Wild Flower products are designed to be durable, safe and reliable. That said, sometimes things can still go wrong. In the unlikely case this happens, we are here to make them right.
The Wild Flower limited product warranty covers your toy from electronic defects. Qualified products are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original product purchased with the same value within 1 year of purchase. Our warranty is only valid in the USA and Canada, and only valid on Wild Flower branded products.
If you are experiencing issues with a toy that you purchased from Wild Flower, but that is not a Wild Flower branded product, and your toy was purchased more than 30 days ago, contact the product manufacturer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Damage caused by:
- improper use
- attempting to modify or repair product
- submerging products that are not waterproof into water
- lost or stolen products
- act of God
CAN I GET A REFUND, A STORE CREDIT OR WILL YOU REMOVE THE CHARGES FROM MY CREDIT CARD?
We do not offer refunds or returns. We only replace your item. The warranty is only valid for one replacement of current purchased product.
