Needs one fix!

Fantastic product - very comfortable to use, very soft, very discreet and quiet. Eminently satisfying. So... WHY am I taking away one star?

Folks, we need to talk about the charging port. The instructions are in a tiny font - impossible to read. The picture on the box shows that the charging cable goes in somewhere in the bottom toward the back. But the material is so soft, and there are no visible markings whatsoever that it is impossible to see where exactly the port is.

I have a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, and it took all my product testing knowledge to finally figure out where it was. I found the charging port BY FEEL - squeezing around the area where the picture suggested the port was and finally finding the electrical connection markings. I then had to hold up the product under very bright light to find the ti-i-i-i-i-i-i-iny little opening. And then I had to do some very gentle probing to figure out the right angle for the charging cable to go in. In the end, I thought it would have been pretty ironic if I couldn't use the product because I failed to find the right hole. ;-)

Please fix this one issue, save your customers a lot of frustration and confusion. Maybe put slightly darker coloring around the port - it's not going to ruin the overall aesthetics of the product, trust me. And then you'll have your five stars.
