I heard good things but…

I wonder if sales pitch people actually use some of these things . We had great expectations but the snail at the top kept moving side to side and twisting. My wife had to keep her hand on it. The vibe is 2 out of 5. I gave it a 3 star but I think it could have been made a little better.
