died and stopped charging after 3 months

the vibrator itself is good, lots of options. for just the steady consistent pulse there is 3 different intensities which is nice and the strong one is rlly good when its fully charged. the air pulse end is pretty good. fairly sleek design but after 3 months it pooped out. won't charge and ive tried every outlet in my house, tried subbing out the charging cube im using, cleaning off the charging chord/prong etc. nothing has worked. i cant clean out the charging port on the vibrator because they make it so no water or anything can get in. i think its just toast. was fun while it lasted but doesnt seem to be made super well.
