Climax lost than found

The shipping was pretty quick. Didn't make to the intended door step right off but by next day. It was in the hands of the intended recipient. Reached out to customer service a response came right back. My options were giving to me because I had insurance. Then the package appeared and everyone was happy. Thanks for all your help.
