The sensation this toy provides is not easily described, but it feels amazing. The "fingers" move on their own, it vibrates on it's own, or you can do both (my personal fave). I'm normally partial to the "buzzy" feeling from vibrators and I would describe this on more of the "hum" side. That being said, using the bulbous end on my clit gave me one of the most intense orgasms I've had in a while.
