Great book - must read !

This book was really important for me, specially as a people pleasing woman, to set boundaries and freedom in my life. Society always teaches us we should be gentle, submissive, and care more for other people's needs than our own. And though it is very important to care for everyone, it can not be to the detriment of ourselves. This book lets us dive deeper into this process and starting to really set important boundaries in your life.
